The Philippine Independence Day Picnic at the huge event grounds of Spaarnwoude Houtrak, Halfweg, Haarlemmermeer, the Netherlands, engages the visitors to a variety of choices of Filipino fleshly cooked food, groceries to take home, tropical fruits, refreshing drinks and sumptuous desserts. Clothes, Filipino souvenirs, Filipino-made crafts and other multi-cultural items and services are available. And while enjoying the day of picnic with families and friends, various artists performs from 12noon to 6pm.

Vendor Registration

1 stall/kraam is 3 meter long and 1 meter deep.

Stall/kraam WITHOUT electricity : €100 + €25 (borg) = €125

Stall/kraam WITH electricity : €175 + €25 (borg) = €200

Borg/deposit shall be returned after the event provided that the vendor has complied with all security, hygiene, and egress procedures/rules. Please read the Rules and Regulations and House Rules .

Choosing a position in the market field is only possible for sponsors. You may request more information via the Sponsors page.
For stalls with electricity, please take note that the maximum allowable capacity per stall: 4 appliances with a combined total of 3000 watts. Please contact us if you will be needing more than the allowed power supply. Additional charges may imply.

If you are selling food, please make sure you have the right appliances to keep the proper temperature of your goods to avoid penalties from the Food Authority.
